Colour Inspiration
Back with another colour palette comprising 5 lovely colours! The colours comprise of Teal green, Orange, Grey, Blue, White.

And here is my handmade card using these colour combination, as well as applying the layer technique which I mentioned in my previous tutorial. And I just like how this card turned out!

Instagram your memories!
Hang up your memories
Nowadays, the trend here is to take photo and instagram our memories, or capturing precious moments using Polaroids. So I thought that coming up with this idea of Instagram combining with Polaroid make a great card for someone special to “capture” the special occasion like birthdays, weddings and even displaying as a beautiful display in your glass cabinet or desk! Then the cloth pin were used to “hang up” the instagram polaroid as a gesture that it stay as memories forever. That’s how I depict my card and hence, the layout of it.
Find joy everyday
The phrase “Find Joy Everyday” is one of my favorite phrases, to remind ourselves that we should always keep a positive mind and look at the bright side of life. “FInd joy everyday” phrase (Hero Arts Stamp) was stamped using black chalk ink onto the chipboard (Maya Road). The chipboard was initially grey in colour, where I use gesso to prime the whole thing before adding versamark ink to ink the outer frame so that I can add Perfect Pearls (Green Patina) to create a green shimmering look.

Layering with flowers help to brighten up the card
I use Die-namite die cut for this bird before glittering it with sticklers which add some lovely shine to it. Flowers always never fail to brighten up one’s day, hence the use of bright orange flower, layered with another smaller flower before adding rhinestone in the center.
