I hoarded pieces of purple scrap paper leftovers from previous project (Krasiercraft’s Fairytale) and loads of white acrylic paper leftovers from my acrylic paintings so I decided to use them for my project.
Here’s my take for this month’s challenge:
Using various techniques to make a card always help to spice up the card and make it more visually appealing. For this card, I used the remaining leftover Krasiercraft Fairytale paper for the background, and I die cut the frame using Spellbinders die and pasted it using foam tape to create dimension. After that, I die cut using another Spellbinder circle template.
I stamped using my favorite quote clear stamp using black chalk ink, as well as the butterfly image with maroon chalk ink and distressed the edges of the circle using purple chalk ink to create a soft edge look. I layered it onto the frame before adding Diamond Sticklers to the butterflies to give a glittering effect.
I die cut butterfly using Spellbinders die as I want to add some embellishment to create a classier look. I just love the intricate details of the butterfly! The top of the butterfly wings was distressed with blue chalk ink before adding a bit of Diamond Sticklers at the edge to create a nice shimmering effect and pasted onto the card.
After which, I added rhinestone and pearls for the finishing touches and there you go!

I hope my team members and I gave you some inspirations to get your head cracking so that you can show us your wonderful project too!
So stop hesitating and hop over to PPT’s blog and start linking up your project!
Looking forward to see all your entries!
Have fun and good luck! <3
